1. Who we are
OneNet Servers is a trading name of ConqolX Technologies Limited. We operate across the UK and Nigeria and provide digital infrastructure services including hosting, domain registration support, email, security, and related technical services.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By ordering, accessing, or using any OneNet Servers service, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Hosting Agreement where applicable, and any service-specific terms shown at checkout or inside your client account.
3. Service scope
Service availability depends on the plan purchased, technical limits of the plan, and your intended workload. Marketing pages describe services in general terms; the specific service delivered is the one reflected in your order confirmation and active account.
4. Account accuracy and security
You must provide accurate contact, billing, and administrative details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, authorised users, and connected email addresses.
5. Payments, billing, and renewals
Paid services are billed in advance according to the term you choose. Unless a service states otherwise, services renew automatically to avoid interruption. First-term prices may differ from renewal prices. Applicable taxes, FX conversion effects, or local payment fees may apply depending on location and method.
6. Domain names and third-party registries
Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are also subject to the rules of the relevant registry, registrar, or governing body. We cannot guarantee that a requested name will remain available until the order is completed. Registry policy changes, disputes, or suspension actions imposed by a registry are outside our direct control.
7. Acceptable use
- No unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, or infringement.
- No malware distribution, phishing, unauthorised access attempts, or harmful automation.
- No abusive use of network, compute, email, or storage resources that degrades shared infrastructure.
- No mass unsolicited email or messaging from any service provided by us.
8. Fair use and technical limits
Shared plans are designed for typical business and publishing workloads, not resource-abusive or platform-hostile use. Where usage materially affects stability, security, or fair access for other customers, we may ask you to optimise, upgrade, isolate, or stop the offending workload.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where use materially threatens platform security, breaches applicable law, violates these terms, or creates unreasonable operational risk. We aim to provide notice where practical, but urgent security action may be taken immediately where necessary.
10. Data, backups, and customer responsibility
Although some plans include backups or security features, customers remain responsible for maintaining independent backups, keeping applications updated, and ensuring the legality and integrity of their own content and workflows.
11. Warranties and liability
We work to provide services with reasonable care and professional diligence, but no service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, and consequential losses are excluded. Our total liability for a claim relating to a service is generally limited to the fees paid for that service during the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product changes, regulatory requirements, or operational realities. Where changes are material, we will update the effective notice in the client area or on this website. Continued use of the service after an update means the revised terms apply.
13. Contact
For questions about these terms, email support@onenetservers.net or contact the support team through the website. Effective date: 30 March 2026.
